The latest storm missed us and went ashore below Brownsville. It never strengthened above tropical depression levels but it is dropping a lot of rain in south Texas and northern Mexico. It also brought some high tides. This is the old boat ramp at Conn Brown. The partially submerged dock is normally about 2 or 3 feet out of the water. The tall ship is the Esmeralda. She's from Chile and is a big girl...371 feet overall. Today is the last day for the 70-300 so we'll see what tomorrow brings...hopefully, not such a gloomy and stormy week!
