Back to the Weeds

I went back to the weeds today and found some pretty, wild things...I dig things that are pretty and wild!

These seeds were backlit so perfectly...I tried to capture that effect but I can never seem to get it just right.

Not many blooms are left so I felt very lucky to find a few.

All these were along Allen St. at Conn Brown.

All these were shot with the Sony 30mm f2.8 macro

YES!! Awesome job. I was fix'in to tell you there are wildflowers out there other than sunflowers but as you know I had a wee bit of a knee problem lol...Kept me from getting out there but you did it for me!! Don't you hate it when the back light is so cool but so hard to catch on camera/film :o) You did a good job though as I can see it. So how many sand burrs did you get on you, lol...Ouch!

Wendy...speedy recovery on the knee...
John, I can't believe you get all this stuff. I love the burrs even! They somehow don't look so nasty in the shot with the flowers and sunlite. Who else could enjoy the pretty wild things more than you? I think they wait for you to come make them feel more appreciated for being wild....
