City Of Freeport

Free of the constraints of the alphabet challenge, I was back at my old haunt...Conn Brown Harbor. This towboat, "The City Of Freeport" was pushing along under a BIG sky!

"Miss Frankie" was pushing along too.

And a nice little bouquet for the table...I couldn't resist and had to shoot it with the Sigma 70/2.8 macro
the boats were with the Sigma 18-250

Don't think I have ever been to Freeport. I even get Port Aransas and Aransas Pass mixed up. Used to enjoy going to the dog races at Corpus on a day trip with a group I belonged to at a San Antonio hospital.

Gorgeous photos! Do you ever see dolphins in the canal? ~Wen

Once the behemoth is finished, these views will not be so "open" to the big sky will they? I am so thankful you have logged so many shots of the harbor, channels, etc. They are safe on a disk somewhere right?
